Can´t go wrong having tomato bread at every meal!
Quick fried Padron peppers with a dusting of sea salt. These can be addictive (don´t you agree Betty and Jim?!)
Grilled red peppers, eggplant, squash and onions mixed with olive oil and pine nuts. Topped with a thick slice of aged goat cheese then browned under a broiler.
Sauteed hake (merluza in Spanish) on top of marcona almond puree, tomato marmelade, snap peas and finished with kalamata olive sauce. Devine.
